Personalized Items: Processing time 1-2 weeks Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Free Economy (5-8 business days) Shipping on orders over $150.00 Expedited Shipping Options available at Check Out at the cost of the customer.

We offer USPS & UPS as our main shipping carriers. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout, depending on availability for your delivery address.

4. Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3-4 Business Days (based on location.) Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days (based on location.) Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. 9. Returns & Exchanges:

For all returns and exchanges you must first reach out to customer service at getbranded78662@gmail.com to set up a return/exchange. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags attached. Personalized Items are Final Sale. For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For exchanges, please contact customer service for assistance at getbranded78662@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for shipping on items exchanged and newly shipped.
