1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays or personalized items). Personalized Items: Processing time 1-2 weeks Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates:

Free Economy (5-8 business days) Shipping on orders over $150.00 Expedited Shipping Options available at Check Out at the cost of the customer.

3. Shipping Methods:

We offer USPS & UPS as our main shipping carriers. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout, depending on availability for your delivery address.

4. Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3-4 Business Days (based on location.) Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days (based on location.) Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or unexpected delays.

9. Returns & Exchanges:

For all returns and exchanges you must first reach out to customer service at getbranded78662@gmail.com to set up a return/exchange. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags attached. Personalized Items are Final Sale. For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For exchanges, please contact customer service for assistance at getbranded78662@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for shipping on items exchanged and newly shipped.
